Puzzle: no internet with state code 0.0.0.
Damian , Remy , For the last 3 days, the internet has stopped working in the evenings, while the modem displays state code 0.0.0. and no errors whatsoever. I've done all the troubleshooting I can think of but nothing has helped. In the morning, the internet is back. I've tried to run speed tests but the site won't load. Could you all please see if you can figure out what's going on? Thanks!
Slow internet
I've been having much slower internet for the past week. I tried chat support last week & it just cut off. I keep getting a multipath problem alert with code 14.4.1. I did troubleshooting but I cannot get thru to tech support, which leads me to think this is a system wide issue. Anyone know anything?Outages Weekly
We have been having outages of service 1-2 times a week for the past 4 weeks, in the afternoon,between 3 and 5 Pm PST . They usually are for about 10 minutes or less. We also have outages about 10 Pm PST 1-2 times a week for about 15-30 mins. Has anyone else had these outages? Is Hughes aware of them ? Thanks
Reset HT3000W to Factory Settings
I changed my administrative password on my HT3000W, but the router isn't recognizing the new password, the original (on the sticker) password, or "admin" (which seems to be popular here.) I tried to reset it to factory settings by pressing the WPS and reset buttons simultaneously, then releasing the reset button and holding the WPS button for thirty seconds, but nothing has changed - It's not recognizing any admin password, including the one on the sticker. Does anyone know of another means of resetting this thing to factory defaults?
