Customer Service
I wanted to complement Santiago Plaza in Customer Service. I cancelled my HughesNet service after to 20+ years due to getting Fiber Optic.
Santiago was very helpful during the whole cancellation process. Should I ever need HughesNet again, I will gladly use them.
