I want to cancel my service

I recently had my service installed literally a week ago. I was wondering if I could cancel my service without getting charged the cancellation fee as in other posts I saw if it’s within the first 30 ...

    There is no 30 day grace period for the service.  If you wish to cancel, you will be charged the full $400 fee.  To cancel, you need to call customer service.
