canceling service
How the **bleep** do you talk to someone who can do something for you.. Service has sucked since the day got it. Called several times to have someone come out to fix it and still not working. Trying to cancel because they haven't held up their end of the contract and they want to charge me $350.00 for early termination. What the **bleep**.

Why should I have to pay if I haven’t had the service they promised and asked for help two times without it working. I’ve been paying for services that haven’t been what they should be and now have to pay to get out of their crappy service? Not good business or customer service being hung up on when the said they were trying to help.

The termination fee is $355 to cancel the services. Please call HughesNet customer service at (866) 482-1777 to cancel the services.
