Yes, the status of those things, for example. If someone is having problems with the VDS, for example, they can check the page to see if there are known issues. I think knowing it's a known issue helps keep the level of frustration down, especially in terms of having to wait a long time for the phone reps to do their required troubleshooting.

I think there was something on the community at that time, and they also disseminated it to social media, which was great. But that outage was really major. I think a system status page would provide a central page for people to go to, and in the long run it would save time and sanity to users. Problem is, I don't know what it entails -- it may be too expensive or require too much personnel commitment. But it'd be nice, I think.
