Cannot access phone service or E-mail.
Thank you for your patience. I Just wanted to follow-up and let you know the inquiry has been submitted. I also wanted to know if the issue is still happening and if so, would it be possible for you to try this on different browsers to see if it still happens? -Damian
I use Firefox primarily, but I just tried Microsoft Edge; didn't work. It starts looking like it may load up, but the circle spins with no end. I click back or reload and error.

Are you still trying to access this via the SCC? If so, have you tried not using the SCC and going directly to https://my.hughesnet.com/en/overview?

Well, darn. It was worth a try, and I'm sorry it didn't work. One more thing: have you tried going through a different network (like Verizon wireless, or something like that) and seeing if you still encounter the problem?
