GEN 5 Speeds decrease quickly

I am having the same problems, Upgrade they said, its all better they said, NOT, I dont use it much but when I do I want it to work correctly
I came in with Gen 5 and my speeds are horrible. I did the test for downloading a 2mb file is running 0.64 to 2.00 which to me is HORRIBLE. Am i wrong or not reading these correct?

Robin, I started with Hughesnet I think before GEN4, now GEN5 mostly driven by my work needs, I'm about to pack it on and have Verizion look at putting a tower on my propery so I can get 1) paid for the tower and 2) get LTE or 5G speeds. you are reading those speed test numbers and I was directed by tech support to go to a 3rd party speed test site, problem is the 25 to 35 MEG file you are testing with....goes against your data usage. there was an issue eary on with GEN 5 and Voice, if you had both, now Voice is good....speeds....no so good.

I am currently located in North Central Arkansas, Satilite is my only option currently :(
