Huge jump in data usage
My data does not Reset to 14 July, however, my data usage is almost triple data usage that I’ve ever had before. I have purchased more than $75 an extra token and for some reason that I did not have a problem doing this before it is now being used almost by the day immediately. I’ve called three times to talk to someone technical support. We changed the setting to the H2 setting to try and minimize however it is still impacting suddenly and I have yet to have this . My question is why am I suddenly blowing through data like I’ve never done before nothing has changed on what we’re watching. We’re watching the same programs. We always have. We haven’t done anything differently. We make sure our cell phones are not connected to the Wi-Fi and we’re suddenly using three times the amount of data.
