Internet outage in Cold Spring, Mn
Anyone have an internet outage in Cold Spring, Mn? They are saying they are having a storm in Nebraska and rain? If I’m in Minnesota how would this be possible?

In your case, the station is in Nebraska. Weather at the station’s location affects the signal.
The problem is I have 2 houses in Cold Spring and one house works and the one I’m calling about is on day 2 of not working…
Maybe they're on two different ground stations, but it does seem weird. Do you have access to the system control center for each house? If so, note the state code, call again, and explain the issue with the 2 houses. The HN reps will be here tomorrow and hopefully they'll jump on this and get it solved for you.
