Modem only LAN and Power

I came home today and my wifi kept going in an out. I reset the device and removed the cables and reinserted. And now it only shows the two lights any help will be appreciated.

Leave the modem plugged in so the reps here can attempt to contact it remotely to run diagnostics and get back to you with next steps.  I think you're not supposed to reset the modem unless told to do so by a tech, btw.

Hello! I was able to get it connecting again. Whole I agree with you since it ls proprietary systems, I only did so due to being a system admin myself. Figured I wouldn’t waste peoples time with the common troubleshooting solutions
