ongoing outage southern Idaho
My network went out late last night and hasn't been resolved yet. After a long call with a man who walked me through all possible fixes, he consulted with someone who said there's an ongoing outage un my area and techs are working round the clock til it is resolved. Is anyone else know anything more? I started working from home and this is not allowing that.

The HN reps on this site most likely won't be able to give you any more information than you already have received. If the techs are working on the issue, you will know it's fixed when you can access the internet again. Sometimes fixing these issues can take many hours. I hope the outage is fixed already for you.
