    After running diagnostics, we're going to see if a modem swap will do the job. It seems your modem has been consistently experiencing unexpected reboots and errors.     It started maybe a week ago. No. We didn’t experience while having the priority data. And during the first month it ran fine without priority data. So when the priority data was used this month we assumed it would continue to run like it had the first month.
