Canceling

So I know that there is a fee for early cancellations. But has anyone contacted them about canceling due to a person getting laid off and not having the funds to pay a bill? Do they help at all with the fees? Thank you

They may help if you explain the situation to them -- I suggest that you go myAccount and Billing (https://community.hughesnet.com/t5/myAccount-and-Billing/bd-p/AccountandBilling) and post there, giving a bit of detail (don't share personal information such as name, phone number, etc.).  The HN mods will not be here until Monday, but they should see your post then and they will respond and will likely contact you via private message with more information.  Give them a couple of days to get back to you.
