12.1.9 Code?

I got a system state code 12.1.9, transmit problem. The system says it is fine. What does this code mean. It is a windy day here.

That code is associated with weather events, and it's usually temporary. Sometimes wind, rain, snow, etc., can scatter the signal and mess up the connection.  It typically fixes itself when the weather calms down.
