I did cancel hughesNet today. Spoke with Jenny Lopez. No problems with that. However she told me, she was sending email to comfirm what we spoke about. She did verify my HughesNet email ...no email to be found.

Concerning the e-mail, it is possible that the e-mail could have been filtered to another folder, such as the spam folder. If it is not in another folder, please let me know so I can have it resent to you.
