So we have another problem similar to this thread: community.hughesnet.com/t5/myAccount-and-Billing/Received-an-email-about-RMA-equipment-not-received/... where Hughes is emailing us saying they haven't received the Modem, even though the tracking number shows that it has delivered to you guys. The main difference is that we didn't need to use packing tape because the UPS guy that delivered something to our house said that they had it, so we gave him the package. We understand that it hasn't been 5 days since you guys haven't processed the return, but we're starting to get worried because rmastatus hasn't updated still and we'll have to pay the unreturned equipment fee. If you can get this matter solved, that would be helpful.

I hope you know your UPS guy well enough to trust him. But, just for reference, you should make sure that anything you ship in the future you tape shut yourself before it leaves your eyes.

Yeah, we'll have to remember to do that in the future from now on.
Actually, it seems the Receive Data updated. So does this mean, we don't have to worry about the Unreturned equipment charge now?
I just checked on this in our system, the RMA status for this indicates it's closed-completed so you should be good. Feel free to post back if you have further concerns.
