No internet. Modem issues.
My modem has only lan and wifi working. No internet at all. No other light will come on, even after a restart. I emailed support and never received an email back or anything. This has been going on for 2 weeks. No internet at all. Hopefully I can get some sort of deduction off of my bill for not having service or assistance.
Internet hasn't worked since I got it
We got our HughesNet Satellite internet installed a week ago and it has not yet worked correctly. I've spent at least 4 hours on the phone with Tech Support and while they have been very kind, I keep being told to call back later when they can do more tests or to let the system sit to see if the setting adjustments we made on the call take hold. I let it sit for the weekend and it's still not loading webpages or videos properly. When I do a speed test, everything looks like it should be fine but I'm still experiencing long buffering times and Amazon Prime Videos (regular streaming) won't play at all. Even when the TV is hooked up to the modem with an Ethernet Cable, videos still won't load. Please help!Fire Sticks not working
Since the big SoCal electrical storm, I have been unable to get either of my Roku Fire sticks to work. Purchased an extra token to check and can get to Prime but nothing loads and there is a latency between the remote and the tv app of about 2 seconds. I read that sometimes rook doesn't play well with data tokens?
Internet sucks
Just one question how come my cell phone service provider allows me to stream a live game or a movie without any trouble but my 90 .00 dollar a month hughsnet sat link connection is horrible . Can't even watch any program without it buffering nonstop How is this possible ? I feel like I'm being scammed
