Email filter doesn't work

Trying to have emails recived on one Hughes address automatically forwarded to another Hughes address When I send an email from my main address to the forwarding address (both Hughes) it works correct...

You could wait for Damian to be back online (the reps on this community aren't available 24/7), or you could try the 800 number, or the chat, or social media (HughesNet has a presence on Twitter and Facebook).
