GEN 5 Speeds decrease quickly

this morning trying to connect ro work, so now again I'm working both sides, hughesnet and my tech support for help
20 disconnects from my citrix client within a half hour, checking speeds again

Regarding Citrix, VPN usage will result in 50-70% slower speeds. After the site visit, test results aside, you found regular web browsing (with VPN off) sluggish still?
