outage in AL all day
I'm a newish customer and I never experienced an outage like this one that lasts this long. I'm in Alabama near BhamIs this a normal thing?
No, this isn’t a normal thing. Others have mentioned outages, so there may be an issue. Have you called the 800 number to report the outage? The reps on this site will be back tomorrow, but the 800 number is open 24/7.
