SLOW SPEED AND CAN'T USE IT ON MY SMART TV
IM GETTING SLOW SPEED'S AND CAN'T USE TO WATCH MY SMART TV. IM ALSO HAVEING TROUBLE WITH USEING MY XBOX WITH YOU GUY'S AS WELL. I TRYED TO CALL TECH SUPPORT BUT YET NO BODY IS THERE
Yeah, everything is slowed down now due to so many people staying at home and them and their kids working from home. Customer Service is overwhelmed so it's hard to get through. May want to try after midnight.
