Cannot get logged into my Hughes email account for past 5 days...keeps asking me for credentials and have not changed them in years. Box keeps popping up asking for username and password, already filled in, and changing ports for incoming and outgoing servers does no good. Fails all tests when I try different ports. Same problem across devices, and also with webmail.
Have had this same problem in the past, just not for days but usually for only hours. Seems like there is an outage at Hughes but can't find any service outage notices.
Cannot find any advice in FAQs, nothing I try will help. Need some advice if someone knows what might be going on.
