I am unable to play videos or do zoom calls without severe buffering even on low resolution. The speed tests revealed very slow upload speeds.
Disabled the wifi, manually selected 6mb file size, still slow results.
This is what they'll need...

Thank you, message sent.
Installed the replacement modem, still seem to have slow connection with buffering watching you tube videos on low resolution.

Welcome to Hughes net, I can’t stream anything without buffering. System is way over sold.

A simplistic answer to a very complex issue.
Truth!
No, not truth, just nonsense.
how come there are so many people here with the same problem?

HughesNet has 1.5 million subscribers. Just a little context concerning "so many".
And you've not asked for a single bit of help on this SUPPORT COMMUNITY. Just short critiques. If you're simply looking to grumble, social media is that way. ----------->>>>
Because it’s a tech and account support site, so the people who post here have tech and account support issues. Same as if you go to a mechanic and there are 45 cars being fixed — doesn’t mean everyone who buys those cars has problems; it only means that those people who brought the cars in do. With 1.5 million customers, chances are a few are going to have issues.
