You really should post a new topic under the "Tech Support" area of the Community.
When doing so it would be helpfull if you were to include some details:
Modem type: (HN7000s, HN9000, HT1000/1100, HT2000w)
Plan level
Connection Type: (wired or wireless)
Operating system(s) in use
Are you using a VPN connection?
Have you checked your Modems SCC for current state and error conditions? (found by entering 192.168.0.1 into a browser)
