I pulled up your account to look into this for you and I see you've already are working with our Executive Customer Care department to address your concerns. As mentioned over the phone, the increase in bills were due to the data token purchases, and once your documentation that you sent yesterday is received, ECC can investigate.

Dang I hope mine don't get that bad but I bet it will. I was at 1mb on my last speed test. Thing is my other service was still faster and far more reliable at 25kb with a phone line.

I am having the same problem. I cannot view my invoices, current nor historical. I go to my.hugesnet.com and log into my account. If I try to view my invoice there is none. If I try to view the history there is nothing there either. It took several phone calls to customer service. In the last call I was instructed not to use Chrome and at the web site select PAY NOW at the top right. I was able to view the invoices after following that procedure. That was last week. Today I tried to view the current invoice by clicking on PAY NOW and again I cannot view the invoice. This is the error mesage I get: Status Account not found. One or more inputs are incorrect. If you would like to view or pay your invoice please try again using valid values or log in to your account. If too many invalid attempts have been made, wait for 30 minutes. I am entering all the correct information but no luck. I am using Internet Explorer and not Chrome.

And with the beam expansions seemingly happening and the overall speed going up, you wouldn't expect the low to still get that low, or at least not for those who are seeing their speed go up. With this said, I just checked my speed a little while ago and it was VERY low compared to what it has been over the last couple of weeks during the same time period.

Many web sites now use a ton of plugins, each requiring its own JavaScript module to be loaded. Many are internal to the site, some are external. The net result can literally be 100s of MB. Usually those things are cached in the browser. The first time it will fully load and cache it for later. After that you just get a 304 'not modified' code, skips it, and moves on to the next instruction. Possible that you cleared your cache or they updated their plugins at some point.

@BillKidd When you've exhausted your data and go into FAP, the speed you are throttled to should be much higher than dialup speed, and though it may not be enough for streaming or other data intensive activities, it should be enough to be able to do other things without much noticeable difference. If your speed is actually dropping to dialup speed during FAP, you should create a new post in Tech Support.
