If you must, you can subtract X from Y on the graph to view your allowance usage for that particular time period. True. I was able to find a temporary workaround though, in sending a copy of the notifcation from my hughes.net email address to my normal one. It's not exactly a "forward", but it will work for the time being. And, if for some reason they can't change my email address on here to my normal one, I guess the temporary solution will become a permanent one.

Thanks for pointing this out, I see what you mean. I'm thinking that posts are out of order because we're still in the process of manually moving threads which were sorted into the wrong boards.
I noticed this when I moved a modem-related thread from the billing board to the tech support board. The thread was last active last year or something, yet it now appears above a thread that was active today. I find it annoying too and can see how that can be a bit confusing if you're browsing the boards. I think until we're done cleaning up around the forum, you might expect to see some out of place threads, I'm sorry. We'll also look into if there's a way to override this.

Now this is interesting... My Account > Settings > Video Data Saver... Don't know if that works with HT1x00 units, don't even know if it's functional yet... I also noticed they changed the name of the Hughesnet Status Meter to Usage Meter... I hope in a future version of the "Usage Meter" (Status Meter) we get options to enable/disable that and use the "snooze" feature easily in it, as well as on the mobile app. Would make couch watchers happy if they wanna stream something in 720p with out having to go through logon.

The other dish you have pointed and ready to go - does it have a HughesNet radio transmitter on the dish arm? Who set that up? Glad you like it. It's a decent router with a fairly good range. My folks also have the same one and my stepfather can go anywhere in his two story house with his laptop. I've also found absolutely zero drop in speed between being directly connected and using this router.

Often times it's not what you say but how you say it..There's a way to offer advice and interact with customers without being "aggressive" aka "rude and arrogant" and most customers (especially myself) won't put up with that and rightly so..It's one of the main reasons why I make my threads private if and when I need answers/help about my service.
