Saturday afternoon @1:30 Pm trying to view a youtube video at lowest resolution is impossiable-buffering. I have 30 Mps in my account, so the FAP ploy doesn't apply. The problem is congestion , so we just have to forget any decent service until tomorrow, hopefully when I am online at 5 Am I will have decent speed, not always as enough are downloading large files, again congestion. The Hughes ads keep adding to the problem also, thanks 😞

I received an email from Hughes, they seem to be able to have no problems with my email client, but with regular email sweeps , and boot-up, still have the email problem occasionally. No, no solution. Worked for years, now no.

It would appear so! Just wanted to relay the diagnostic finding as I figured you may have wanted to know. Other factors we monitor looked good for that device, so that is good 🙂 I will try to get you an update on the next planned upgrade for video streaming when that date becomes available, or pass it along through one our great reps here. Thanks Liz , I will keep this post and page on changing the wifi settings. I did find the page ,but was stopped by the administration login , now I have the password. I still maintain, no problem until recently. Both Dells worked well for many months until now. Using Linux Mint 20 also , I know Mint functions well with older computers, one reason I use Linux. Thanks for your help and suggestions as always, you're the bestest! 🙂

Thanks for the suggestions. If I have ant problems again I will take a look. I just rebooted, and that reset did the trick. I haven't had any problems for so long, a reboot always solves them.

I just noticed I lost my 3Gb tokens I received for the system outage, lost when I had my modem changed out.. I guess they are long gone;( I do have an all new system tho;)

So I have a question for you. I have been dealing with these issues since June. Here is my original post. https://community.hughesnet.com/t5/Tech-Support/No-Return-Call-From-Tech-Support-or-anyone-Tired-of-being/m-p/79323#M56372 So with all these issues and information I have posted since then, I have not had any relief since it has happened. Would these fixes that you are talking about have fixed my issues long ago, or is this something not available in NC. None of these things you mentioned have been offered, I have not had a tech out since they removed my satellite from a tree it was mounted on. I am just curious as I have been one of the first to mention all these issues way back in June. Thanks for any answers.

Beam 62, gateway 13 , just tested on hughesnet speed test 40Mbs down . I am still throttled due to usage so evening tests are still 1-1.5 and thats ok. I understand that. Thanks
